1.  SERVICES OFFERED​

e-Clipz offers administrative support services to clients as outlined in Individual Services Agreements.

2.  CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and documents necessary for services.  Clients must adhere to agreed-upon schedules and payment terms.

3.  PAYMENTS

Payment terms are outlined in Individual Service Agreements.  Failure to make payments may result in service termination.

4.  TERMINATION OF SERVICES

e-Clipz reserves the right to terminate services for reasons such as non-payment or violation of the terms.

5.  CONFIDENTIALITY

e-Clipz will maintain the confidentiality of client information and not disclose it to third parties.

6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

e-Clipz is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

​

7.  CHANGE TO TERMS

We may update our Terms of Services as needed.  Clients will be informed of any changes.  

​

ALL OTHER TERMS WILL BE SET OUT IN INDIVIDUAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS.
